Meet Maggie, a stunning 7-month-old female Kelpie with a delightful disposition. She was trialed as a working dog on a property however wasn’t cut out for that life. Her beautiful, soft temperament and soulful eyes make her impossible to resist. Known for her sweetness, Maggie loves people and other dogs and has a gentle nature that shines whenever you are with her.

While she can be a little shy at first, Maggie gains confidence from her doggy companions so a home with another well-rounded dog would be good but not specifically required. She has grown up on a farm and is good with chickens, horses, cats, and cattle. She will benefit from careful and gentle exposure to the broader world. Maggie has low prey drive and moderate energy levels making her adaptable to various household dynamics.

Maggie is still very much a pup! Her days are filled with boundless curiosity and the desire to learn. Her new family will need to support her ongoing training, rewarding her effort to learn commands with stimulating games that exercise her mind and social activities that build her confidence.
