About Eevee
Meet Eevee, a playful little dynamo who embodies the vibrant spirit of her Pokémon namesake! Full of energy and charm, Eevee brings a lively aura to any home fortunate enough to adopt her. Her days are filled with adventure and the joy of making new friends, be they people or fellow dogs. Ever creative, she enjoys transforming spaces into cozy dens where she can unwind after her spirited exploits.
Eevee's enthusiasm for mealtimes knows no bounds. Initially, she may show some food possessiveness, but with the help of food puzzles and a separate dining space, this should lessen over time. A slow feeder bowl may also help teach her slower eating habits. While Eevee is initially reactive to men, she quickly learns to embrace everyone with time, patience, and love. In fact, her current favorite human is a male. Some gentle guidance during her walks and with the help of her favorite treats will encourage her to improve her walking-on-a-lead skills.
Eevee thrives in the company of another small breed dog, who can serve as her guide and boost her confidence, especially given she has had a rough start in life. Ideally, Eevee would flourish in a family with older children who can offer plenty of love and cuddles. To ensure she gets the rest and comfort she needs, Eevee adapts well to crate sleeping at night but adores lounging on couches and beds, indulging in her love for snuggles.
Eevee, with her loving nature and bright spirit, is poised to be a wonderful addition to a caring family ready to provide the patience and affection she deserves. Adoption details
The adoption process at Second Chance Companionship includes:
1. The completion of an Adoption Application,
2. Assessment of Adoption Application as suitable,
3. A meet and greet with the animal,
4. Home inspection (if requested by the team)
5. Completing Adoption Paperwork and Adoption Payment
6. Then you have a new 'furrever' family member.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
