About Honey
I’m a friendly, affectionate girl with a big heart and an even bigger wag. Seriously, my tail has been called a “dangerous weapon” because I wag it so hard when I’m happy—which is most of the time. I love being around people, especially kids aged 5 to 12. I haven’t met very young children yet, and I’m a bit scared of cats, but I get along well with other dogs.
I’m house trained and walk beautifully on a lead with my harness. I’ve got a moderate energy level—I enjoy a good play but I’m also very happy to chill out and nap. I love treats (except dentastix... not a fan), and I’ll happily lick just about anything or anyone that gets close enough. I love to be inside with you. If outside along for long periods of time I may come up with new games, some of which include barking at strange noises to see if I spook them back.
My daily routine is pretty relaxed. I come inside early in the morning, eat my kibble, then lie on my mattress under the air con and either play or snooze next to my doggy friend. When my humans head out, we go outside, and at night we head downstairs for dinner and sleep until morning. Sometimes I sneak up on the couch, rest my head on the pillow, and start gently snoring—until I’m caught, and we all share a laugh.
If you're looking for a loving, loyal, low-maintenance companion who brings a bit of comedy and a lot of heart, I might just be your girl.-
