About Ziggy
**Awaiting desex - taking expressions of interest. **
Meet Ziggy!
Ziggy is a stunning Belgian Shepherd mix.
Now, before you fall madly in love with this gorgeous boy, it is important to understand that for this boy to thrive, you need to put in the work!
Ziggy preferably needs someone who has experience with shepherds. As beautiful as he is, he definitely needs a strong commitment to ongoing positive reinforcement training & guidance. He is a super smart breed of dog & that brilliant brain of his needs to learn & work & do!
Ziggy is a high energy boy, full of beans, go-go-juice & turbo power! He is strong on the lead & is currently working on a no-pull front attach harness to make walkies more manageable.
Ziggy makes dog friends pretty easily. He lived with a dog buddy in the past & has a lively, rambunctious playstyle which would need to be well matched via meet & greets with any future pals.
Ziggy is not a beginner's dog, but he will make an awesome companion in the right experienced home. A place which will meet all his needs: regular daily exercise, space to run & play, access to water which he loves to splash around in, mental enrichment to keep his brain busy, secure high fencing, high quality diet, lots of people time, kindness, guidance, training, love, patience, consistency & fun.
