About Oscar
Meet Oscar,
Oscar is a Maltese x Shih tzu cross and is Mr. adventure plus. This delish delightful young fellow is just bursting at the seams to love a family of his very own. Oscar is fun loving loves a great adventure he is definitely up for car rides, coffee shops and all the social outings you can possibly throw at him. Oscar will definitely benefit from a family who has a house with a yard or a town house, units are not his thing!!!!!
Oscar does love his dogo mates but isn't a huge fan of cats. Oscar is crate trained and is doing great with his toilet training. Don't let this guys crazy hair fool you, and his funny quirks make you laugh he is definitely the bomb. Oscar has a sweet, confident nature, absolutely loves his humans and he also thinks other dogs are pretty cool too.
Oscar will leave the Waggy's crib with is very own puppy pack and 30 days insurance. Being the breed he is Oscar will need regular grooming about every 8 to 10 weeks. If you think you would like to go on adventures with Oscar please let us know we also think Oscar will benefit from a house and not be suited to apartment living.
Oscar is microchipped received his first vaccination and is wormed and will be desexed at 6 months of age under the direction of our vet.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

What does this mean?
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. 7 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from Waggy Tails.
4. Adoption is finalised after 7 day trial, Ownership and Microchip paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this may take up to 4 weeks dependent on microchip paperwork. If for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to Waggy Tails the Adoption fee can be refunded minus an admin fee (Minimum $250).
5. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work UNTIL date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current at their cost from date of adoption.
