Meet Angel, a beautiful one-year-old American Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix ❤️

This lovely girl would do well in the home of an experienced dog owner, especially if it includes children over the age of 12, who respects her space.

This sweet girl is truly a gentle soul with a ton of love to show her new family. Though it's clear that Angel hasn't seen much of the world yet, she’s eager to learn and grow with the right people by her side. Patience, consistency, and love are the keys to helping her adapt and thrive in her new home.

While Angel might be a bit uncertain when faced with new situations, once she gets to know you, her loving nature truly shines through. She thrives on interaction and is motivated by treats, making her a great candidate for someone willing to invest time and effort into her ongoing training.

Angel is eager to form canine friendships; however, she is still learning appropriate social skills. In time, she will blossom around other dogs, but we are currently recommending an only girl home where she can be the center of attention.

Although we prefer Angel to build up her confidence and social skills before living with a canine friend, if you already have a well-adjusted resident dog, we are more than happy to organise a meet and greet between them to see if they are suitable together. Angel is not suitable to live with cats or pocket pets.

Angel is located at our Charmhaven Shelter. Her $550 adoption fee covers microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments 🐾
