About Wren
Wren is a very gentle lady who loves a head butt. She can be a little shy until she
knows who you are but once she’s settled will give plenty of love. She is very bonded
with her daughter Teal so they need to stay together.
You can meet Wren at U17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South,
Mon – Sat 10am-3 pm

Meet Wren, an exceptionally gentle feline who will light up your life with her tender nature and sweet head-butts. Though she may come across as a little shy initially, her true loving personality shines brightly once she gets to know you. Her charming presence will undoubtedly make your heart melt.
Wren shares an unbreakable bond with her daughter, Teal, and together they make a heartwarming pair. These two are inseparable, and anyone who adopts them is in for double the love and companionship! Their dynamic duo is an embodiment of familial love and loyalty, providing warmth and comfort to those lucky enough to have them in their lives.
Wren and Teal are currently residing at U17/39-41 Corporation Circuit in Tweed Heads South, where they patiently wait to find a loving new family. You can meet these adorable cats from Monday to Saturday, between 10 am and 3 pm.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
