About Frankie
Introducing Frankie, a beautiful feline companion who is searching for a loving new family. While she may initially come across as shy, given a little time and patience, you'll discover that Frankie blossoms into an easy-going and affectionate friend. Her enchanting personality and soft purrs make her the perfect companion cat.
Frankie is best suited as an only pet, where she can enjoy one-on-one time with her human family and bask in the spotlight of your love. She's perfect for families or individuals looking for a quiet and serene pet who will offer companionship and comfort after a long day.
This gorgeous girl is ready to meet her new family and create heartwarming memories together. If you have room in your home and heart for Frankie, be ready for a delightful bond that only a cat like her can offer. If you're interested in meeting Frankie and bringing her into your life, you can find her at U17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South. Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
