About Chadwick
Chadwick is a charming, easy-going feline who embodies the perfect balance of friendliness and tranquility. His laid-back demeanor makes him a wonderful companion for those seeking a cat who is as low-key as he is loving. Chadwick is a friendly boy who greets each day with a gentle curiosity and affection toward his human companions.
Though Chadwick is tolerant of both dogs and other cats, he's not particularly fond of the hustle and bustle that comes with living with children. With his laid-back attitude, he will thrive best in a serene household where he can savor quiet moments without too much commotion.
If you're looking for a loving friend who enjoys peaceful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere, Chadwick could be the perfect match. He's ready to bring warmth and companionship to a calm and welcoming home.
If meeting Chadwick sounds like the perfect match for you, he's currently residing at Unit 17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South. Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
