About Casper
Meet Casper, an affectionate and charming feline companion ready to join your family. This wonderful little guy is on the lookout for a new family who can appreciate his sweet personality. Casper thrives as a family pet, making him the perfect addition to a cat-loving household.
With his easygoing demeanor, Casper is eager to be a part of your daily life, offering companionship and love. While he gets along wonderfully with people, he's best suited to homes without dogs, where he can enjoy a peaceful and serene environment. If you've been searching for a cat with a gentle disposition and a heart full of affection, Casper might just be your ideal match.
If you're interested in meeting Casper, he is eagerly awaiting visitors at U17/39-41 Corporation Circuit, Tweed Heads South. To take the next step toward potentially welcoming this charming feline into your life, please complete our online adoption expression of interest form at https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/. Casper can't wait to meet you and see if you're the perfect fit for his forever family!

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
