Lucius

Lucious is goofy, fun loving, bouncy boy. He's looking for an active family who want to include their new doggo in daily activities and who will keep up with his basic manners and cue training. Lucious is a young, energetic and at times excitable boy who may have missed out on some previous structure, socialisation and training in his previous home. He loves to greet people but can forget his size at times and tends to jump up. He LOVES playtime but this can sometimes escalate his excitable and bouncy nature. His new family will need to be committed to consistent training to help Lucious learn best manners and to set him up successfully long term. He is highly food motivated and we highly recommend feeding from various forms of enrichment, no bowl feeding. Lucious has an active mind and loves a challenge. You can use things such as snuffle mats and boxes, wobblers, egg cartons and other fun puzzles. We recommend teens in the home. Can be lowered to older children if children are comfortable with large, boisterous, playful doggos and can keep interactions calm and assist with training: will need the family at time of adoption to make sure children and Lucious are comfortable with each other.
