Meet Noodle,
Noodle is a gentle little soul looking for a calm and quiet home where she can truly feel at ease. She's a perfect match for first-time cat owners, with a sweet and sensitive nature that makes her easy to love.
This lovely girl is quietly playful and has a soft, curious spirit. She enjoys spending time with her people and will often come over for a chat, sharing little stories about her day in the cutest way. Noodle is affectionate without being demanding - she simply likes to be near you, involved in the simple moments.
If you're after a friendly, loving presence who will bring warmth to your space and always be happy to say hello, Noodle might be the perfect fit.
Noodle is open to meet kids from 5 years & up. Although she very engaging and likes being picked up, cuddled, carried she is a little sensitive to loud noises. We feel that older kids will be more understanding of her needs. Noodle is a very sweet cat who loves affection. She likes to be patted all over &is very easy going.
Noodle is not suitable to live with dogs.
As for cats, Noodle previously lived with other cats and she seems ok with making friends. We always encourage owners to do a slow & controlled introduction, over a few days, to give both of them a good chance at being friends.
We always encourage cats to be indoor cats. Noodle has already experienced living outside but she's very happy being an inside cat - she is very uncertain of loud noises and is most content inside. If she is outside, it will increase her chances of running away, getting lost, injured, or worse. As an inside cat she can be safe & live her best life possible.
Noodle has low to mid-range energy levels & doesn't appear to be that interested in toys - but if you give her time she'll happily bat around a small, stuffed toy.
Noodle is not fussy with her food. She is known to eat any food offered to her and she likes treats, too.
Staff Comments: Noodle is a very sweet & loving cat who loves attention. She loves to be touched & patted, you can play rough with her and she'll just accept it because for her any attention is good attention! She'll just purr all the way through, roll over & enjoy the moment!

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
The adoption fee for dogs covers C5 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
