About Lena & Dragonfruit
Lena and Dragonfruit are a long-time couple still in their honeymoon phase, but looking for a nice permanent home to settle down in.
Coming into care over 6 months ago, these two have been bonded for as long as we have known them. Spending their time playing chase together, chewing up treats and laying side-by-side, their affection for each other is heartwarming to see.
However, they've had no luck finding a home thus far. Despite efforts to introduce them to a home with another resident bunny, it seems Lena & Dragonfruit are too infatuated with one another to get along with any other rabbits. As such, these two need a home for themselves with no other bunnies.
But their fondness for one another makes it easy to take care of them, as they are happy just to spend their days hopping around inside, as long as they're together.
They also get along well with cats, and would most likely do well with other friendly animals.
Are you able to provide this happy couple a home to settle down in? If so, please inquire below.
They are both desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
We have an adoption form to get a basic idea of the potential adopter's home, and we follow up with a phone call to clarify any necessary information. If the applicant is a first-time small animal adopter, we go over all the necessary information regarding food, housing, and medical care. We provide adopters with resources for the species of animal they are adopting, and are always in regular contact with them if they have any questions.
We offer meet & greets with our foster animals, and trials to ensure we are finding the right homes for the animals in our care.
