Prince and Princess are a beautiful, inseparable duo looking for a patient and understanding home where they can continue to bloom at their own pace. These two have had a tough start, but their deep bond has carried them through.
👑 Prince is the gentle, reserved guardian of the pair. He takes his time adjusting to new surroundings and prefers the comfort of his hidey-holes, only venturing out when he feels safe. But in the past few weeks, Prince has made incredible progress—he has started coming onto the bed and allowing gentle pats when given his treat. With time and patience, we believe he has the makings of a cuddly lap cat who will seek out affection when he’s ready! He is playful, chirps instead of meows, and is learning to trust humans more every day.
👑 Princess, true to her name, has a graceful, inquisitive nature. She’s slightly braver than Prince, often testing the waters first before he follows. While she’s still wary of humans, she is very food-motivated and will approach when it's mealtime. She takes her role as Prince’s personal groomer very seriously, always making sure they both look their best!
🏡 Their Ideal Home:
💙 A quiet, patient household with no children or dogs
💙 Ideally, they should be the only cats, but they may adjust with a very slow introduction
💙 A home that understands their shy nature and is willing to give them time to settle
These two may never be lap cats overnight, but they will reward you with their quiet companionship, playful moments, and the heartwarming sight of their loving bond.

Medical notes
Prince is FIV+ but otherwise healthy.
Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
