About Jacklin
Meet Jacklin — a heart as big as her zoomies. She’s definitely an extrovert, always on the lookout for fun and attention. Whether it’s playtime in the backyard or cuddles on the couch, Jacklin is happiest when she’s part of the action.
She’s still young at heart and learning the ropes. “Sit” and “come” are on the training list, and while she doesn’t have any party tricks just yet, she’s eager and picking things up bit by bit. Recall is a work in progress, but usually eager to come as soon as called, just gets a little distracted sniffing around.
Walks are an exciting adventure for Jacklin — sometimes a little too exciting, as she can pull on the lead as still a little unsure about it. With consistent training, she'll get the hang of it.
We haven’t tested her at the beach yet, but she’s a curious little soul, doing well on car rides. She's been friendly with other dogs, though we haven’t had the chance to see how she is with children just yet, but i believe she would be great with them as she is so playful.
Jacklin’s okay being left alone inside for short periods, but she prefers having company. She hasn’t shown any interest in jumping fences, but has snuck under one! and she’s not a destructive chewer — just loves her chew toys. When it comes to food, she’s easy to please and enjoys her kibble and treats without fuss.
All in all, Jacklin is a bright, energetic, affectionate little dog who’s learning the world one tail wag at a time — and she’s going to make a wonderful companion for someone ready to keep up with her energy and enthusiasm.
Based on Jacklin’s personality and needs, she’d thrive in a household that’s active, patient, as she’s an energetic, social dog who loves attention and is ready to continue her training.
