About Artemis *9 Lives Project Rescue*
Artemis was found running loose after he escaped from being tied to a tree. He has lived with livestock and poses no threat or interest in harming other animals. He is currently living with another older working dog who he loves to play with.
Artemis is young and has a lot of energy and requires someone with patience who is willing to continue his training. He is a very smart dog who loves his squeaky toys.
Artemis is still learning that the world is a safe place and needs a home that will provide him with the reassurance that he will have his loving family forever.
Artemis picks up new tasks quickly, and would benefit from daily activities and play to keen him stimulated. He doesn't bark very much, he will cry a little bit for your attention but he does settle quickly.
Artemis is great on the lead, he will stay close you if startled, but he is rapidly improving each day. He doesn't pull or drag you while on his lead. He loves going on walks and sniffing the new smells.
Artemis is very loving and loyal and would be best suited to a home with a large secure yard and someone who has the time and patience to keep up his training.
