About Yolo
YOLO lives life large - just like his name. This striking grey-and-white gentleman rocks a modern tuxedo look, complete with attitude. He's not just a cat - he's a lifestyle.
A social butterfly of a cat, YOLO is what we call a "cool cat" - always down for a playdate, a chat, or a chill hang by the scratching post. He's affectionate, but only when he's in the mood (and trust us, you'll know when that moment arrives). He's got the soul of an explorer and the swagger of a lounge singer - confident, charismatic, and just a little bit mysterious.
YOLO enjoys the finer things: a splash of catnip in his milk at the local milk-bar, a warm sunbeam in a quiet drawing room, or a good lounge session by the fire. He's independent, which makes him low-maintenance, but when he wants company, he makes it count.
If you're looking for a companion who's equal parts stylish, social, and self-possessed - YOLO is your guy. He's not for everyone, but for the right human, he'll be everything.
Adopt YOLO - because life's too short for boring cats.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
