Meet Maximus - The majestic shepherd who's still got it!

Maximus is a senior soul, who despite his years is as sweet and active as ever. He proves that age is just a number and
is full of youthful energy.

Maximus loves his independence and is happy to go off and do his own exploring and sniffing, but like most shepherds he is also loyal to his humans that earn his love and trust.

He has a true love for food, so don't expect him to leave a single crumb behind! Once treats come out, its game over for anything else. Maximus' attention shifts purely to whatever yummy food you have on offer and will try get as much food out of you as possible. Due to his love for food, he is highly trainable and knows most of his basic commands.

Apart from food, Maximus enjoys long, slow walks. He isn't too fond on playing, being in his senior years and is happy to stick to walking and tagging along on adventures. He would be very happy to veg out on the couch with you too!

Maximus' ideal home would be one with no other dogs and older kids. As he is an older gentleman, he is ready to enjoy a nice, peaceful retirement with his new humans.
