When Bambi first came into care, the world felt like a scary place. she was nervous and found comfort in her foster brother, leaning on him whenever she felt unsure. He gave her confidence when she didn't have much of her own.
Recently, Bambi's foster mum went away on holiday so she stayed somewhere new. This time there weren't any other cats to hide behind. Without another cat to rely on, she found a little bit of bravery hiding inside and discovered that she actually loves gentle chin scratches and started seeking out affection. And then finally came the purr. It turns out there's a very loving little girl underneath all that shyness. Maybe one day she'll even curl up in your lap.
She might not be the cat who runs straight up to greet you, the loudest or the boldest. But if you choose Bambi, we promise you'll discover a heart that has so much love to give.

Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
