Meet Ziggy, an adorable 2-year-old Cavoodle Cross with a zest for life that's sure to capture your heart, but only once he knows you. He starts off very uncertain , life has been hard for this little guy . Weighing in at a sprightly 7 kg, Ziggy is a compact bundle of joy who resides in Red Hill and is eagerly awaiting a loving new family. With those endearing eyes and playful demeanor, Ziggy is the perfect partner for anyone looking to add some warmth and companionship to their life.
Ziggy is fully vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, and wormed, ensuring he's all set and healthy for his next adventure. While he is not fond of cats, he thrives on interaction with other dogs, making him a cheerful playmate for your canine companions. His spirited and lively personality meshes well with households where older children over the age of 16 are present , and willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel comfortable. Anyone wanting to rush things or overwhelm might make him more unsure. With an affection for exploring, Ziggy requires a secure fence to keep him safely within his domain while he plays and lounges in the yard.
Ready to shower you with love and affection, Ziggy's adoption fee is $895—a small investment for the joy and laughter he will undoubtedly bring into your home. If you're looking to welcome a spirited pooch who loves to play and enjoys human and canine companionship alike, look no further than Ziggy. He is all set to find his forever family, where he can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment and offer endless cuddles and kisses in return.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
