Okay, folks, prepare to fall head-over-heels!
This is Evie, and she's a 5-month-old bundle of adorable-ness currently hanging out in foster care in Beaudesert.
We think she might have a little cattle dog in her, but honestly, who cares? She's 100% pure awesome.
Evie boasts a coat you won't believe – a gorgeous, unique blend of chocolate speckles and brindle.
And those floppy ears? They're basically a built-in smile generator!
Prepare for an instant mood boost every time you look at her.
She's playful (translation: zoomie enthusiast), gentle, and just oozing with happy vibes.
Evie loves people, cuddles, and the occasional yummy treat (don't we all?).
She’s been known to enjoy a good splash in the paddle pool and loves to pounce on her favourite toys.
The best part?
Evie is totally dog and cat-friendly!
Got existing fur-babies? She'd be thrilled to be their new best friend.
She dreams of a home filled with playdates, snuggle sessions, and lots of love.
And get this – Evie's already a star student!
She's super smart and learning new things every day.

We rescued Evie from a rural pound as part of our mission to give these little ones a second chance at life.
She's already had her vaccinations, microchip and flea and worming.
She's getting desexed this Thursday so she will be ready to go soon.
Her adoption fee is $625.

At Village Tails, we strive to make the adoption process as seamless as possible. We understand that bringing a new pet into your home is a big decision that will enrich your life in countless ways. That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
