About Georgie
Loving, Clumsy, and Always Up for a Cuddle
Georgie is a loving, slightly clumsy young pup who adores cuddles at any time of day — but she's equally happy having a snooze, as long as there’s nothing too exciting going on!
She enjoys a morning stroll to grab coffee or a walk anywhere she can sniff and explore.
Georgie is an extremely social girl, happy to nap in the car, and, of course, will do just about anything for a treat!
Ideal Home:
Yard Required: Georgie is expected to grow into a large-sized dog and will need a home with a secure backyard to run, play, and burn off energy. She is not suited to apartment living.
Someone Home Often: She would love a family where someone is home most of the day, as she thrives on human companionship.
Active Lifestyle: Georgie has plenty of energy for daily walks and adventures but is still young and building up her stamina.
Other Dogs Welcome: She loves other dogs and would enjoy the company of a friendly doggy sibling.
Child Friendly: Georgie has been around toddlers and young children. She is gentle but can get scared if handled roughly, so supervised interactions are important.
Training Needs:
As a growing puppy, Georgie will require ongoing training, structure, and positive reinforcement to help her develop into a confident and well-mannered adult dog.
Energy Level:
Georgie has a lot of energy and will benefit from both physical exercise and mental stimulation every day. She loves her walks, playtime, and engaging in activities that keep her curious mind occupied.
Suitability to Children:
Georgie loves children and enjoys showering them with kisses! However, due to her young age and playful nature, supervision around younger children is recommended to ensure play remains safe and positive for everyone.
Suitability to Other Cats or Dogs:
Georgie adores the company of other dogs and is currently living happily with three Groodles.
She has not yet been introduced to cats, so careful and slow introductions would be necessary if she were to join a home with feline companions.
Georgie is a sweet, affectionate, and adventurous pup looking for a loving family with a yard, plenty of time to spend with her, and a commitment to helping her grow into a wonderful, well-rounded adult dog.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
