About Ludo
When you meet this charming young guy be prepared to fall in love with him; he’s a heart stopper! Ludo is not only irrevocably gorgeous, with his chunky knees and white ‘sock’ paws, vintage velvet fur, kind attentive eyes and flopsy ears, he is equally curious, clever, passionately affectionate with an innocents of nature that makes the heart melt. Literally you will fall in love with this adorable chap.
He has proven to get along with dogs, big and small. During pack play he scamps about but checks in with his human for a break from time to time; build up some gumption before darting back out amongst it. However he is by no means a push over and can hold his own if needed. Ludo is easy to please with a few toys, chew treats, encouragement, patience, inclusion and kindness; you will be rewarded with kisses; a lot of kisses. Ludo loves swimming, leaping in to fetch a toy. He likes to know what is going on so will shadow you around and responds well to routine. He has had some experience on lead proving himself sensible and easy to manage. During outing to dog parks Ludo is friendly with all dogs and people and again is easy to manage coming to his name most of the time. He is already protective, barking at activity outside the gate yet with some acknowledgment and meaningful distraction this is easy to manage.
Ludo is a major foodie, not a critique though, eating anything. We have been working on his impulse control and he will sit and wait for his tucker. Being highly motivated by food will assist in training Ludo. Ludo sleeps through the night, is toilet trained, is crate trained, travels sensibly in vehicles, is calm and loves being carried, desires affection from humans and dogs, has medium energy’s for his age. This boy is a true sweetie pie and will be happy, loyal and thrive with the right individual, couple or forever family.
If you have any further questions and would like to meet Ludo their foster human is available to chat about him. To ensure a reply to enquiries about adoption please tell us a little about yourself and your location. Interstate adoption is available with transportation at adopter's expense.
