As Raisin's carer was putting together the wording for her profile, Raisin curled herself into a tiny little black ball next to her on the couch, and her carer said that fairly much describes this beautiful girl. She is quite shy and reserved when she first meets people, probably because she has been moved around since her owners couldn't keep her. Once she trusts you however, you will see her wonderful affectionate side: she loves attention and being with her human.

Raisin is great around other dogs and most animals (is being fostered on a rural property) but possibly not nervous cats. She travels beautifully in the car, is house trained, is a quick learner and likes being around children. She loves to run around with other dogs but she is not at all hyperactive. A walk a day, some play time with other dogs or her family and she will be happy to cuddle on the couch with you. It's really all in her name, Raisin, she's just a sweet little thing!

Raisin is microchipped as a Rottweiler cross however in size she is much more like an American Staffy. She weighs 22kg, give or take. She's not at all a large girl. She would ideally like to join a home with someone home a lot as she simply wants to be in your company. She has spent time with children and was very good with them for that time however is not fostered with kids.

Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
