About Bini
Introducing Bini, a bonny little Dachshund/Chihuahua cross who is a wonderful companion dog. Although Bini has some special requirements, she is sweet and affectionate and loves everyone she meets - both people and other dogs. This girl doesn't have a mean bone in her body; her happy disposition is infectious.
Bini is a small dog but is not tiny; she weighs approximately 7 kilograms. Bini is deaf in one ear but she hears very well, although at times she isn’t quite sure of the direction from which the noise is coming. Therefore, a home which is quiet and peaceful would suit her best. She has a silky black coat with pretty brown markings - the ones around her eyes make her look like she is wearing a mask. Miss B has a cute little tail which is slightly crooked but this just adds to her charm as it is constantly wagging - she is a very happy little girl.
Bini has outgrown many of the puppy behaviours but she still loves toys and engaging in play with other dogs; she is currently fostered with four other dogs (male and female) and is generally the one who iniates play as she is quite energetic. As such, she will do well with another dog for company. This girl has a real zest for life and loves going on adventures - particularly if they involve walks.
Bini barks when a stranger approaches the house but stops when told; she is not a yappy dog and she is toilet trained.
Although she loves going on walks and exploring the garden, Bini is predominantly an inside dog. She is not one to be left alone in the back yard for long periods and would suit someone who is home more often than not. Her previous owners were retired, so Bini is used to having company. She stays close to her people and absolutely loves being with them and other dogs.
If you would like to know more about this special little lady, her foster mother would love to hear from you. If you have any further questions and would like to meet her, please reach out to the team. To ensure a reply to enquiries about adoption please tell us a little about yourself and your location. Because she can sometimes get confused by unfamiliar noises, a local adopter is preferred as Bini may not cope well with the process of going on a plane trip.
