About Zoe
Meet Zoe – A 13-Year-Old Tortoiseshell Love Bug 💕
This gorgeous girl has lived a life full of love and comfort. Rescued as a tiny kitten from a farm, Zoe found her home with a caring owner who adored her. At the age of 2, she welcomed a feline sister, Annie, and the two lived together peacefully for over a decade.
Sadly, everything changed this year when Zoe’s beloved owner was hospitalised and due to declining health had to move into a nursing home. Heartbreakingly, he was unable to take Zoe and Annie with him. While kind neighbours stepped in to care for them temporarily, his daughter, who lives overseas, reached out to us for help in finding them loving new forever homes. Though devastated to part with his precious companions, their owner found comfort knowing they would be safe and cherished and were being given their Ninth Life.
Zoe is a sweet, gentle soul who can be a little shy at first but once she knows she’s safe, she blossoms into the most affectionate little love bug. She adores gentle pats, leans in for affection, loves rubbing against you, walking on you and generally just loves to be near you. Though petite in size, her heart is enormous, and she has so much love to give.
Zoe and Annie have shared a life together but are not a bonded pair, so they are being rehomed separately. We believe Zoe would thrive best as the only pet in a quiet, calm household with a patient & loving owner who will give her the time she needs to settle in and feel secure. In return, she will fill your life with warmth, companionship and love.
If you're looking for a sweet and affectionate companion to share your heart and home with, Zoe is waiting for you 🐾

Adoption details
You need to be a pretty special cat person to adopt an elderly cat into your home. Not as sprightly as a kitten they still require your attention…even devotion. You’ll need to understand their daily routines and take some time to get to know them. Help them with grooming - a great way to bond - as they often don’t have the energy to do it properly themselves. Older cats are stress averse so be patient, observant and take a little more care of their health needs and you’ll soon have a loving companion.
All our cats have received a full health & wellness check and are ready for their new home.
