About Merlin - 65756
Meet Merlin - a firecracker of fun with a heart full of energy! Merlin burst into our care as a stray, and while we're not sure if he simply got lost or his previous home wasn't quite ready for his big personality, one thing's clear-this boy is ready to go, go, go!
With a bold spirit and a breed mix that keeps us guessing, Merlin is best suited to an experienced home that can provide firm but fair leadership, consistent training, and plenty of physical and mental stimulation. This clever pup needs to keep his brain busy and his paws moving!
Merlin may enjoy the company of a well-matched, sturdy canine companion who can handle his full-on play style-but he's not suited to a home with cats. His interactions with other dogs can be a bit rough and rowdy, so ongoing work on his social skills will be key to helping him mature into a polite, well-mannered adult.
He's also starting from scratch with his basic training and will need guidance in adjusting to indoor/outdoor living. Any children in his future home should be aged 10 or older and confident around boisterous dogs. If you're ready for a dynamic, entertaining, and loyal new project, Merlin might just be the magical match you've been looking for!
