1. Have you thoroughly read through Bouncy’s profile and are aware of his adoption fee?

2. Do you understand that the adoption fee helps to cover Bouncy’s necessary medical costs/other expenses and also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this type of breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Bouncy the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Bouncy be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for them during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Bouncy quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Bouncy live indoors with outdoor access? Please describe their proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
