About Tissy
Meet Tissy - A Sweetheart in White and Smoke Grey Looking for Her Forever Home!
Say hello to Tissy, a stunning 1-year-old girl whose soft white coat kissed with smoke grey accents makes her as eye-catching as she is lovable. Now in the caring hands of BARC, Tissy is ready to leave her past behind and begin a brand-new chapter-one filled with love, laughter, and a forever family.
Tissy is the perfect blend of beauty and affection. Outgoing and friendly, she's always ready to greet you with a gentle purr and a hopeful gaze. Her affectionate nature shines through in everything she does-from curling up beside you for quiet cuddles to following you around just to be near.
She's eager to please, quick to bond, and happiest when she's showered with love (don't worry, she gives it back tenfold!). Whether you're a first-time adopter or a seasoned pet parent, Tissy's loving personality will quickly win your heart.
Now all she needs is someone to give her the loving home she deserves.
Could that someone be you?

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
