About RuRu - 9 Year Old Tenterfield Terrier
RuRu is a 9 year old Male Tenterfield terrier who is on the lookout for his forever person.
RuRu hasn’t had a lot of socialisation so he begins as a timid little bundle of shyness and slowly blossoms into a vivacious and loving cuddle companion. Once comfy he will devote himself into making your world brighter with Speedy and joyous orbits around you before walks, mid air leaps as he returns to your side and a curiosity about the world that is infectious.
He loves a daily routine and desires companionship and snuggles. He would love a quiet forever home where someone is home more often than not. When left to his own devices, he will happily curly up in his crate waiting for you to return.
RuRu is crate trained and since being in foster care has been brave enough to sleep in his bed outside the crate, however a it is expected that he will sleep in his crate in his new home, at least initially while he learns to trust his new environment. RuRu would make a great companion for those who prefer the simple things in life, particularly a home with no children.
As he hasn’t been well socialised, we are looking for a home where he is the only dog. A home where he is welcome inside all the time. He has been toilet trained while in care.
RuRu is currently in foster care near Newcastle, NSW and is available for adoption interstate. His adoption fee is $400 and he is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms.
