Clara just turned 1, and while she celebrated her first birthday without a family of her own, we’re hopeful that her next one will be spent surrounded by love, belly rubs, and her very own humans. 💞
This beautiful girl is a gentle, affectionate soul who can be a little shy when meeting new people. Clara’s had a tough start to life, so she just needs a little time to feel safe. But once she trusts you, her sweet nature blossoms—she’s full of tail wags, soft kisses, and endless love.
She’s wonderful with kids (including babies), adults, and other dogs, and she’s house-trained once settled into her space. Clara loves cuddling up on the couch or bed, adores chest rubs, and will absolutely melt at the sound of kissing noises—it’s her love language! 🤗
Every day in foster care, Clara becomes more confident. She’s growing, learning, and waiting patiently for the family who will help her continue to bloom.
