About Chico
Meet Ralph and Chico, an inseparable duo with twice the love and companionship to offer to a new family. Ralph is a handsome and endearing boy, whose gentle spirit and immense affection are immediately evident. His love for playtime is matched only by his excitement for car rides, making him an ideal travel companion who eagerly accompanies you on all sorts of adventures.
Chico, on the other hand, is a charming and sweet-natured lady who wins hearts wherever she goes with her joyful tail wags. She has a fondness for food, typical of her Labrador heritage, so maintaining a balanced diet will be important as she returns to her healthiest self. Her loveable nature and zest for life are infectious, and she never misses an opportunity to express her affection for those around her.
These two fur friends have lived together for some time, and their bond is heartwarming to witness. They are hoping to find a loving home where they can stay together and continue to share their lives with one another and their new family. As a pair, Ralph and Chico balance each other out perfectly, bringing joy and companionship times two.
Ralph and Chico are longing for a family who is as devoted as they are and who can appreciate the unique connection they share. If your household is ready to embrace the joy these two loving dogs bring, Ralph and Chico are eager to fill your days with wagging tails and happy hearts.
Medical notes
Chico arrived severely overweight- under vet guidance she has started her weight loss journey
She had skin infections and allergies- we have been working with the vet and after a course of antibiotics and removal of chicken from her diet, her skin is on the road to recovery
Chico also had severe ear infections that have required multiple rounds of antibiotics and ointments/ear drops. This is something to be mindful of in the future as she is prone to them.
Adoption details
Once an application has been submitted, we require evidence that you own your home or a letter from the real estate allowing a dog. We will then ask for some photos of your yard to ensure the property is suitable for the dog. We will then organize a meet and greet and will need any existing dogs to come for a play date. Once that is all sorted, we will then get you to complete the adoption forms.
