Nature
Cherish came to us as an undomesticated cat, but she has grown into a beautiful cat. She listens to her carer talking to the other cats about cuddles and throws herself at the enclosure and slowly slides down and rolls upside down.

Cherish may have lived in a house at some point, she understands everything her carer says and responds. She loves pats and seeks out her human constantly, but she is a little timid, if you move too fast she will put her paw out, but has never used her teeth or nails. She came from a trucking yard, so loud noises don't seem to bother her.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Her companion is Aloha (who is also available for adoption), but on the street and at home Cherish loves everybody, including our 3 rescue cats. Cherish would love to get adopted with her friend Aloha. They love to seek out other cats for companionship.

Cherish is untested with dogs and children.

Likes / Dislikes
Cherish doesn’t get a lot of visitors at her house, but on the street she is used to having dozens of workers walking around her and she didn't seemed fazed.

Cherish likes the simple things in life, just a fluffy mat on the floor is her favorite. She doesn't play with a lot of toys, but loves watching everyone else playing with them. She loves curling around your legs, you have to walk slowly as to not trip over.

A cat scratcher is a must, you call her name and she runs straight for it. She doesn't mind the stick vacuum, she likes to watch it.

My PURR-fect home would be in a loving, caring and playful home. Cherish is used to a busy yard so she should be okay in any home. She has no contact with young children, but is used to teenagers. Cherish loves her bed which is near a large double glass door, she is happy to sit and watch birds all day.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
