About Rocky and Hugo
Rocky Noodles
Hello, I’m Rocky Noodles! I’m a goofy little sweetheart, ready to fall in love with my forever family. My foster family calls me Noodles because I walk a bit like a slinky dog and sometimes have noodle brain moments. I can be a bit spicy at times, but it’s because I get nervous. If you give me space and time to settle in my new environment, and show me lots of love and patience, I will give you so much love and so many giggles in return.
I love pats, hanging out and snuggles, and omg, I LOVE food! I know my name well and have great recall, and I know a few other words as well, like breakfast and dinner. I have also perfected the clumsiest tippy-tappy dinner dance you’ve ever seen.
My nakey dog friend Hugo and I love to go for walks to sniff the breeze and scent hello to the other poochies in the neighbourhood. The humans also say that we both need a ramp or stairs to get onto the couch and bed (mostly for me because they say I am a long boy and have to protect my back). If y!ou're interested in being our forever hooms, please leave a message at the boop.... boooooooop
…
Rocky and Hugo are both so different but in complimentary ways and are a blast to have around. The boys weren’t great at toileting when they first came into foster care but have both come a long way. They would love a little yard they can potter around in and some shrubs to wee on. Rocky can get a bit nervous at times and Hugo can sometimes try to get him in line, but they have come a long way and are both so good at responding to positive reinforcement. Once they have settled, these quirky kids will bring you so much love and laughter.
"We don’t love to be left for long stretches of time, so would really love if you like to hang around us as much as we love to hang around you."
Adoption fee is for both dogs
Medical notes
7 year old Rocky is desexed and microchipped. He is up to date with vaccinations as well as flea, tick, intestinal worm and heart worm prevention.
Rocky had a dental recently with several extractions which is common for the breed.
Rocky is sensitive to anaesthetic and can take a week or so to come down from it. He exhibits a behaviour where he appears to be catching invisible flies with his mouth, but slowly returns to normal. We did have him seen by the vet for this and they weren’t too concerned.
His patellas are stable.
