About Chester (chevy)
Meet Chester, a lovely little boy with a heart of gold! At 11 years old, this charming Shihtzu cross has shown remarkable resilience, overcoming obstacles such as losing a front leg in the past. Despite his amputee status, Chester has a spirited personality that shines through. He's a tidy boy who is house trained and is currently on the path to gaining strength and health. Chester requires a little extra care, particularly with his ears, which need regular cleaning, and he has a condition known as dry eye that necessitates daily eye drops. This sweet senior dog truly deserves a warm, loving forever home where he can feel safe and cherished.
Chester may be an older dog, but he has plenty of love to give to his new family. He thrives in a calm environment and would do best in a home without young children, as he is more comfortable around older kids or adults. If you're looking for a gentle companion who has a special story and a big heart, Chester could be the perfect addition to your family. Open your heart to this resilient little boy, and you'll gain not just a pet, but a lifelong friend who will bring joy and warmth to your life.
Please submit an adoption application or call to arrange a meet and greet, he may be the best furry friend you've been searching for!
