About Danny
🌟🐾 Meet Danny – A Brave Little Survivor Looking for Love 🐾🌟
📍 Bronte, NSW | 🏡 Now Available for Adoption
Danny’s story is one of heartbreak and hope. Rescued from horrific cruelty on a housing estate, where many kittens tragically didn’t make it out, Danny is one of the lucky ones. Thanks to an incredible community of supporters, he received life-changing eye surgery – and now, this little fighter is thriving.
💛 Despite everything, Danny is pure sunshine. He’s sweet, playful, affectionate, and absolutely adores cuddling up in bed with you. He’ll greet you with the cutest little meow and is always keen for a chat — and a snack! He is just the sweetest thing you will ever meet.
Danny shares a special bond with his brother Andy, and they’re as close as can be.
Our dream? To see Danny and Andy adopted together – two sweet souls who’ve been through so much and come out the other side with so much love to give. But we do understand if it is just little Danny.
✅ Practically Perfect in every way
✅ Recovered, and pain-free after surgery - doing great!
✅ Playful, talkative, and cuddly
✅ Loves his brother Andy and would thrive in a home with him
✅ Ready for a peaceful, love-filled forever
After all he’s been through, Danny deserves the very best life has to offer. Could that be with you?
📩 Message us to meet Danny and learn more about adopting this beautiful boy (and maybe his brother too!).

Medical notes
Dan’s right eye has ankyloblepharon, which is when the eyelids are fused together. In his case, the third eyelid is also involved. After consultation with the ophthalmologist, they stated that this condition is not painful and shouldn't require antibiotics or other treatments. The only treatment option is surgical, and success rates are quite variable.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process
Initial Contact & Questionnaire
We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
Video Tour
We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer
Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home
In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet! Adoption paperwork will follow.
Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation
Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
