About Mirri
Hi I
Meet Mirri, an intelligent and lively young pup with a personality as bright as her lineage. Born alongside her littermates on a sweltering January night, Mirri is a remarkable mix of Kelpie with a hint of Border Collie—both known for their smarts and energy. This has certainly rubbed off on Mirri, as she boasts a quick wit and a zest for life that will make her the perfect companion for an active household.
Mirri has already mastered sitting on command, impressively after just a few tries. Her eagerness to learn and please is going to make further training adventures both fun and rewarding. She has a special love for water games—splashing under the sprinkler or in her baby pool is her idea of a great time! While toys haven't captured her fancy just yet, she enjoys playfully herding her littermate and keeping up with her foster family's human children.
Though she may not be fully toilet trained yet, Mirri is keen to learn, and with consistency and patience, she'll catch on in no time. Watch your step as she happily weaves around your feet, eager to be involved in all family activities. Her affectionate nature is coupled with a preference for pats and the occasional cuddle.
Mirri is searching for an active home, ready to invest in her physical and mental stimulation as she grows. She will arrive at her new home desexed, with two vaccinations (a booster will be needed), microchipped, flea and worm treated, and with regular worming since birth.
Mirri is an active and at times vocal girl.
If you're prepared to embark on an exciting journey with this spirited girl, keen to share a life filled with learning and adventure, Mirri may just be the perfect addition to your family. If you have an interest in welcoming Mirri into your home, please reach out to Carolyn at 0427 221 231 or Tina at 0438 535 623 for more information.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
