About Wendy
Meet Wendy!
Wendy is a beautiful young Border Collie with a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. She’s a gentle, sweet girl who can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe and loved, she blossoms into a loyal and devoted companion.
Wendy loves kids, she’s also an absolute fetch fanatic and would love an active family who enjoys playtime in the yard or park.
Wendy loves her crate and will take herself in and out all day long - it's her safe space.
With slow and respectful introductions, Wendy does well with other dogs and could happily share her home with a calm, friendly dog. She’s still building her confidence, so she’ll thrive in a patient, consistent home that will continue her positive training and help her feel secure.
Wendy’s ideal family will need to understand her sensitive nature and give her time to warm up, provide plenty of enrichment and activities, commit to ongoing training and confidence-building, offer her the love, play, and structure she craves.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
