Gertie

Sadly for Gertie she is searching for a new future at 11 years of age, arriving to us as a stray cat who was microchipped, her previous owner announced they where coming to get her and sadly must have changed their minds as they did not show up nor did they call us or answer any more calls - we understand things change but leaving Gertie waiting is really sad and uncalled for.
It has now been 5 weeks and Gertie has received the full medical tests required to declare her fit and well to find a new home where she can be loved during her senior years.
Not having much info on her past we can only share with you how beautiful she is in the shelter, this girl is full of personality, loving and chatty and just wants to be around people, she has a heart of gold and wants to love someone, pretty sure she would follow you around and maybe even sit on your lap.
If you come to meet Gertie we know you will fall in love straight away. We're not sure how she is with other cats, however in the shelter she has not shown any aggression towards her feline friends.
