About Butter
Meet Butter.
Butter is a 5-month-old cat with a gentle heart and a timid nature. She's very nervous and easily startled, so she needs a calm, quiet home with a cat-savvy adopter who understands shy cats and can give her time to feel safe.
While she may take a while to warm up, Butter has so much love to give once she feels secure. She's fully vetted and litter trained-just waiting for the right person to help her blossom.
If you're patient, experienced, and believe in the magic of earning a cat's trust, Butter might be your perfect match. 💛

You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
