About Luca
Luca is a male Maremma pup who is a big, affectionate ball of fun.
In care, Luca has proven to be sociable and friendly with his foster dog pack, engaging in zoomies, wrestling and other fun. He has been introduced to the resident cat and whilst keen to play will also disengage when called.
Luca sleeps beautifully through the night, and has a good basic level of training, sitting and walking nicely on a lead. Luca is smart and will benefit from consistent boundaries and training as well as continued socialisation.
He loves his humans and is very affectionate. He will want to be at the heart of the family unit. Luca enjoys the company of other dogs but in the right environment would also be happy as the sole focus of his human family.
Typical of his guardian breed, Luca is best suited to a rural or regional environment with plenty of space and owners experienced with his breed. Luca is not suited to a suburban home.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
