Hairy Maclary has come to the shelter and is now looking for her forever home!

Hairy Maclary is a stunning young staghound who has come into our care through no fault of her own, and is now in search of an adopter who can make her dreams come true and take her home!

Hairy Maclary is learning lots of new skills here in the shelter, but is still learning, so will need an adopter who can keep her progress going. Hairy Maclary walks well on a lead, and very much enjoys her daily walks and human interaction. Hairy Maclary will want to be a part of the action and involved in whatever her adopter is getting up to. She will be right beside you at home and would love a spot to cuddle up on the couch.

Hair Maclary will need to live in a home with secondary school kids and older, and no other canine family members. Other dogs and small children can be a bit much for her. We're sure that once Hairy Maclary is settled in at home and has her routine down-pat, she will have the confidence to start building her canine social skills and visit places like dog parks.

Hairy Maclary is a loving girl who just wants a human companion to be by her side through thick and thin, and show her the love she deserves!
