About Billie
Are you looking for a loyal and loving companion to join your family? Meet Billie - a sweet and affectionate girl who is ready to fill your home with joy and laughter!
A Little About Billie:
Billie is a delightful mid-energy dog who enjoys daily walks and adores stopping to smell the roses along the way. When she's not out exploring, you’ll find her cuddled up in her favorite spot - whether it’s her bed, your bed, or snuggling right next to you on the couch. She can get cold with her short fur but give her a blanket or a jacket and she's snug as a bug. Her playful side shines through during her bursts of tug-of-war games and zoomie moments, which are short-lived and oh-so cute!
She's always ready to greet your visitors, or people out on walks - every person she meets is a new opportunity for a pat. Dogs however can be a little scary if they are too boisterous, Billie is very submissive to other dogs - but if they are friendly and social she quickly starts asking to play!
She does have a mind of her own and may play a little hard-to-get when it’s time to come inside or go on a walk - but it’s all part of her unique personality.
Billie’s Ideal Home:
Humans: Billie is fantastic with kids and adults alike but would thrive best in a home with adults or savvy children who can learn to understand her moods.
Dogs: She gets along beautifully with friendly dogs. Any new doggie siblings should be social and non-dominant to make her feel at ease.
Cats: Billie is no stranger to cats and has happily shared her foster home with them. She’s the perfect roommate respectful yet happy to cuddle up with a kitten if invited.
Billie is searching for a forever family who’ll love her quirks as much as her snuggles. Are you ready for Billie to steal your heart? If so - she is ready to meet you and will be ready to go to her forever home in May.
