Hi there! My name is Ahok, and I’m an older Maltese X just looking for a cozy place to call home. I’m a sweet and gentle guy who loves nothing more than curling up on the couch next to my favourite human. I enjoy basking in the sunlight, soaking up warmth and love as I relax in my golden years.

I would thrive in a quiet, calm household where someone is home more often than not. I appreciate a serene environment where I can feel safe and comfortable. I’m looking for a peaceful space to enjoy my days. I have shown to be nervous with new people and visitors, so it is good for my new pet parent to understand that I will need time to adjust in my new home and will need my own safe space to take myself if I feel overwhelmed. I've also shown to be scared when there are sudden noises, so it would be good for me to have a peaceful area to spend my time to avoid me getting nervous!

If you have another dog, that’s great! I’d love to meet them first. Ideally, it would be wonderful if they’re quiet, calm, and small like me. I believe we could all get along beautifully!
