About Coriolanus Snow Peggotty
TO APPLY FOR ADOPTION PLEASE SEND IN APPLICATION FORM AVAILABLE BELOW:
https://www.victoriandogrescue.org.au/adopt/
Coriolanus Snow (or Corrie for short) has recently joined the Vic Dog Rescue crew and he is fast becoming a team favourite. Happy and friendly, Corrie is cruising at his foster home, loving his two and four-legged pack members in equal measure, and demonstrating his smarts as he quickly conquered the dog door and a ramp onto the family couch. After a short time with them, Corrie has shown his carers how much he loves a snuggle and the company of his people and his fur siblings. He has also shown himself to be chatty (but not barky), entertaining people with his variety of sounds. Corrie has been sleeping well through the night on a couch in the living room, and has been pretty reliable with his toileting but will need some patience while he is learning the routines in his new home.
He does not seem to have had much training to date but he is alert and keen on engaging with his people, which makes him a good candidate for learning new things (and having fun doing it). This guy is a youthful elder and enthusiastic about his daily exercise and explorations. He is non-reactive around other dogs and seems okay with cats.
Given his sociable nature, we think Corrie will do best in a home where there is a bit going on and people and/or doggy pals around more often than not. In the meantime, if you’re interested in welcoming Corrie to your pack, please submit an adoption application.
Thank you to Dianne Firth of Di Firth Photography for the fantastic photos of Corrie.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.

Please note that we do not take/make telephone calls prior to receiving an application.
Commonly asked questions and their answers are provided when you email us. Unfortunately we usually will not have time to reply to enquiries in more detail and will give priority to completed applications over enquiries. Priority will also be given to typed applications which are easier for us to read and to copy relevant parts.
We look forward to receiving your application.
