Ernie Shankman is an easy going, loving and cuddly pup who just wants to please you and be your best friend.

This wiggly boy loves nothing more than cuddling up next to his humans, but is happy to snooze peacefully in his crate, catch some rays in the garden by himself or chill out with his foster sister.

He is the perfect mix of affectionate and independent - he is great with other dogs and would love a friend, but would also be fine by himself if that means he gets all the attention!

For a puppy, Ernie Shankman is very well mannered – he toilets outside, uses the dog door religiously (even when the people door is open), doesn’t rush through gates, takes direction well and is rarely jumpy or mouthy. He does love to collect shoes and household items, and will need a kind and supportive family to teach him how to walk confidently on a lead and how to mature into the gentleman he is destined to become.

As with all puppies, he will greatly benefit from continued training.
