Snowy (On Trial)

Snowy went on trial on 17/7. Pls consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly hughie, barkley, and sandy. . . Snowy is a 4 yo jack russell x chihuahua. He's a gorgeous, lively little dog. He has a lovely quiet nature, is very affectionate and loves to be with his human family. He loves to sit on your lap or very close at your feet. He's great with young children and enjoys playing with them. He really enjoys going for walks but could use more on lead training. He is house trained, answers to his new name, and comes when called. He could use more basic training since he probably didn't have much before dog rescue newcastle rescued him from the pound. . . We're not sure of his breed but he looks like a jack russell and chihuahua mix to us. He's very tiny at only 3. 8 kgs. He loves playing with our resident dog. He has shown no inclination to chew or to escape from our yard as long as our other dog is with him. Snowy doesn't like being alone so he needs to go to a home were he will have another young dog for company, or else to a home where someone is home all the time. He would make an ideal companion for an active retired person, but would be equally suitable for a young family with children. . . . Dog rescue newcastle www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation. Our adoption fee covers the dog's desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. . . . Snowy is in foster care in anna bay, nsw (port stephens), a short drive north of newcastle. Snowy is available for adoption interstate.
