This gorgeous little lady is Oreo and she's on the lookout for her new forever home.

Sadly her person never took her to a vet to get desexed and when she naturally became pregnant they decided they no longer wanted her.

Luckily Oreo's neighbor was a kind hearted super cat person as she decided to take her on and help her raise her kittens.

What a legend.

Fast forward 6 months and her kittens are all grown up and it's now time for Oreo to find her new forever home.

This little lady has really blossomed since arriving in foster care and has become one of the sweetest and smoochiest cats you'll ever meet.

She absolutely adores people and is always in the mood for a pat and a scratch. Oreo also makes a fantastic lap warmer who will happily watch your favorite TV shows with you and when it's bed time she will snuggle up and keep you warm overnight.

Oreo has been around other cats before and has a very sweet and gentle temperament but you can tell that she loves having a house to herself and would really flourish as the princess of her own castle.

Oreo is approximately 2 years old and has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
