PLAYFUL GIRL!
- Hi, I’m Bobbie! I was given this name by my carers as I look a bit like a Bobcat. I may have had a mishap when I was very little which is why my tail is short. I don’t let this bother me plus I have very pretty markings.
- I’m a smart little cookie! My favourite thing to do is play chase with my toys. I go and gently tap my carers then sit by my favourite toy and wait for them to come and play. I even bring my toys to them if I’m bored and want to play.
- Mostly I will entertain myself happily, running in and out of my tunnel or chasing small balls around the house.
- I enjoy following the older foster cats around but am not dependent on them. I’m happy in my own company. I’ve warmed up to my carers large dog too!
- I will often put myself to bed somewhere comfortable and sleep through all sorts of noise and chaos of the house.
- I love following my carers around to see what new things are happening.
- I’m very quiet with a small little meow.
- I don’t mind if my carers are not home as I keep myself busy for most of the time but I’m a very happy kitty when they get home.
- I’m not much of a lap cat but absolutely love a pat and a scratch on the top of my head or under my chin. I purr when touched and love sleeping curled up with my carers at night.
- My favourite thing is to be outside in my carers escape proof yard or have a catio to play safely in. I love grass and things to climb up high on.
- I’m a bundle of fun and energy and would probably suit a family with slightly older kids and another cat for company.

The more information you provide, the easier the adoption process will be, hopefully bringing us together sooner! https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=zm1493&method=online_form_html&formid=9
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit. This can be extended if needed.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
