Meet Lexi, a stunning Kelpie cross born in June 2023, who greets the world with a helicopter tail and an irresistibly huge smile.

Lexi is a loyal girl with a big heart. With her love for head scratches and an affinity for full-body handling, she's bound to endear herself to those who welcome her into their lives.

Perfect for an active household, Lexi thrives on exploration and outdoor fun. She's ideally suited for families with children aged eight and older, where she can burn off that distinctive Kelpie energy. Her ideal home would have a generous backyard where she can indulge in games and activities that keep her mentally and physically stimulated.

Lexi's adventurous spirit extends to her car travels, where she's quite the composed passenger. On walks, she's responsive and relaxed on the lead, handling direction changes with ease. While she's shown mixed reactions when meeting new dogs, she tends to be more at ease with male canines. Thus, she could comfortably be the solo dog of the household or potentially coexist with a well-matched male companion.

It's important to note that Lexi isn't comfortable with cats, so a feline-free home is a must.

Lexi is located at our Erina Shelter. Her $350 adopt fee covers microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatments 🐾
